Apple posted OS X Server Documentation for the upcoming release of 10.5. The list includes Standard and Workgroup Guides, Advanced Guides, Security Guides and Tech Briefs. The documentation covers new features and screen shots of the administration screens. If you get a chance you should go check it out.
Client
Most of you have by now seen the 300 + New Features page on the Apple web site. Some of the features are a little lean on the wow factor. Oh boy, new screen savers, but there are more than a few to get excited about.

Apple’s newly released iMovie ‘08, part of the new iLife suite, features a complete redesign from scratch.
As with any change in software people will be upset so Apple has decided to offer the previous version, iMovie 6 HD, available as a free download.
I think this will be a small jump start in video content that is available on the web. We already know that Mac users are more creative anyway. With iMovie 6 HD as a free download it becomes that much easier to produce digital content. Do you think this is a big move or a non event? This would have been a huge plus when I worked in education. Although $79 does not seem like a lot it is in education. So I think this is very beneficial all around.

I went through the attic last week and got down the box of Apple gifts I received before I left. It is time to let go. Let my loss be your gain. Some of these items have sentimental value and all have a story! I’m selling off a few items on eBay this week and just thought I would share with my readers.
